What might be a reason for creating a report view by an administrator
A report view uses the same report specification as the source report but has different properties and allows to apply different report settings without modifying the report itself.
The properties that can be adjusted are: run options, prompt values, schedules, delivery methods, internalization options and output formats.
Creating a report view does not change the original report.
